Led by Colleen Thornton and Alan Strydom, this isn't your average sound bath. This session brings together Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, handpan, shruti, and live voice to guide you through 90 minutes of full-body rest. No experience needed, no expectations required, just a willingness to lie down and let your nervous system take a break.
What makes this different is how close the sound gets. Some instruments are played near or directly on the body, so you're not just hearing the vibrations, you're feeling them move through you. Add live voice into that mix, something most sound journeys leave out, and the effect goes deeper than a typical bath.
Each session opens with a short guided relaxation to help your body and mind settle before the sound begins. From there, the layers build slowly, giving you space to drift, reflect, or simply do nothing at all. The pace shifts a little each time depending on the group, but the goal stays the same: a chance to slow down, quiet the noise, and reset. With only 12 spots available, it stays small and personal.
All mats, pillows, blankets, and eye covers are provided.
