Weekly Men’s Circle

A grounded, structured space to pause, reflect, and share honestly with other men. No fixing, no performance, no pressure to be anything other than where you are.

Many of us carry a lot: emotional weight, transition, deeper questions, without many places to put them down. We sit together in this weekly space to share what’s alive (as much or as little as you choose), listen, and leave a little clearer than we arrived. This is not group therapy. It’s not about labels, ideologies, or “becoming someone else.” It’s a space for men who value self-respect, clarity, and deeper conversation.

You don’t need experience with circles, or personal development. Skepticism is welcome. Silence is welcome. Listening is just as valued as speaking.

What you can expect:
• a respectful, confidential space
• grounded conversation without judgment
• connection without forced vulnerability
• time to reflect, share, and reset

What you won’t find:
• preaching or emotional pressure
• macho posturing or dominance games
• fixing, diagnosing, or advice-giving

Just men, showing up honestly, once a week.

Schedule

  • Arrival (meeting at the cafeteria): 10am

  • Circle starts (door closes, no more admissions): 10:30am

  • Duration of the Circle: 10:30am -12:30pm
