This tradition continues at Sacred Grounds CNX. Every New Moon and Full Moon, we come together for an afternoon of presence, reflection, and heartfelt conversation.

A circle for intention, new beginnings, and turning inward. A space to slow down, listen deeply, and plant the seeds for the cycle ahead.
Every Full Moon
A circle for reflection, gratitude, and release. A space to honour what has unfolded, let go of what no longer serves you, and return to yourself with renewed clarity.
There is no need to prepare. No expectation to have wisdom to offer. Only an invitation to bring yourself, as you are. Together we create a space where honesty is welcomed, vulnerability is respected, and every woman has the opportunity to share, or simply to listen.
Our circle is facilitated by Annie Sae-Lao, who has been holding women's circles since 2019. Guided by the values of Presence and Authenticity, she offers a gentle, grounded approach that allows each gathering to unfold naturally, creating room for genuine connection rather than performance.
As the moon marks a new beginning or a time of fullness, we too pause to notice what is growing, what is ready to be released, and what is asking for our attention. Come sit in circle.
About Annie
Annie's journey with women's circles began in 2018 when she attended her first circle while visiting England. What she discovered was far more than a gathering of women, it was her first experience of feeling truly heard, deeply accepted, and completely welcome just as she was.
That experience awakened something profound. Through listening and being witnessed by other women, she realized that beneath our different lives, we share the same longings, fears, wounds, and desire for connection.
Inspired by that experience, Annie founded her first women's circle in 2019, because she longed for a space where women could simply be themselves. What began as a personal need soon revealed itself to be a shared one.
Since then, she has been creating circles rooted in two guiding principles: Presence and Authenticity. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and centered on deep listening rather than advice, creating a space where every woman is welcome exactly as she is.
With both Thai and Swedish roots, Annie brings a warm, inclusive presence that naturally welcomes women from different cultures and backgrounds. She believes that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen, to witness one another, and to remember that nothing within us needs to be hidden in order to be worthy of love.
