A yogic practice passed on through lineage teachers, combining conscious movement, breathwork, steady postures, and mindful awareness to help regulate the nervous system and cultivate inner harmony.

Expect a calm yet energizing practice that supports strength, flexibility, stability, and presence leaving you feeling more centered and connected for the rest of your day.
