A two-day introduction to the traditional practice of Kundalinī Hatha Yoga, from the Śaiva Tantra tradition. Explore the integration of awareness, breath and movement as a practical approach to conscious embodiment, inner balance and lifelong health cultivation.

Kundalinī Hatha Yoga is the the original yogic practice that brings together body, breath, awareness and subtle energy. Rooted in the early Śaiva Tantrik traditions, it offers a practical approach to conscious embodiment and the cultivation of inner balance.

This two-day workshop introduces the foundational tools of the practice taught at Sacred Grounds CNX. Through accessible movements, postures, breathing techniques and meditation, you will explore how the body can become a vehicle for greater awareness, stability and vitality.

Rather than pursuing physical perfection or demanding postures, this approach emphasises the quality of awareness brought to each movement and breath.

The practice can be adapted to different bodies and levels of mobility, making it particularly valuable for those who want to begin yoga later in life, return to practice after a long break, or establish a sustainable personal discipline.

In the traditional yogic understanding, the body is experienced through the interplay of the five elements and the doshas. Specific postures, breath patterns and practices of awareness are used to cultivate balance, refine attention and work with the body's subtle energetic dimensions.

You will learn practical methods that can be continued at home, without the need for advanced flexibility, physical strength or elaborate equipment.

This is an invitation to approach yoga not as a performance, but as a lifelong practice of health cultivation, self-awareness and conscious embodiment.
