Explore what it means to open your heart without abandoning yourself. Building on the foundations of authentic communication and presence, this workshop invites you to move beyond simply creating connection and into the deeper practice of allowing yourself to be genuinely known.
Through a guided progression of experiential exercises, group practices, group sharing and embodied awareness, you'll explore the hidden patterns that shape your relationships: fear of rejection, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional armour and the pressure to perform. Rather than trying to "fix" these patterns, you'll learn to recognise them with acceptance and self-compassion, as you discover new ways of relating that feel more honest, grounded and alive.
A central theme of the workshop is the shift from performance to presence.
Whether you come on your own or with a partner, you'll leave with practical tools to create relationships that are more honest, resilient and deeply connected.
Do I need to attend “The Art of Deeper Connection” first?
No. While this workshop is the natural continuation of The Art of Deeper Connection, it is designed as a complete experience in its own right. New participants are warmly welcome, and returning participants will discover a deeper layer of authentic relating.
