Tantra Foundations is a two-day workshop on the foundational views and practices of nondual Śaiva Tantra, rooted in the living lineage tradition of Trika Shaiva.
Traditionally, deeper Tantric teachings were approached through a solid foundation of view and practice. This course offers an entry point into that foundation, combining teachings with direct experience.
Across two days, we will explore key Tantric principles alongside practices including mantra and chanting, kriyas, bandhas, mudras, meditation, visualization and five-element practice.
The emphasis is not on collecting techniques, but on understanding the principles behind the practices and developing a grounded foundation for continued practice.
This is Tantra as a living lineage tradition, rather than its western sexualised interpretation.
No previous experience with Tantra is required. The course is suitable for both newcomers and experienced practitioners who want to deepen and clarify their foundations.
